Enhance community beautification and aesthetic quality of life.

 

FARMER'S MARKET: May 6 thru October 14, 2009 from 7 am to 1 pm, Rain or Shine. Northwest Corner of Harlem Avenue & Rt. 83 (In the Founders Bank Parking Lot next to Tiffany Square Shopping Center).

Fruits & Vegtables, Cut Flowers & Potted Plants, Flavored Oils, Dry Food Mixes, Fresh, Breads, Jewelry, Candles, Kitchen Utensils, Suma and much more.

Enjoy Weekly activities which included: Local Merchants, Live Music, Civic Goups, Art Exhibitors, Visits by the Palos Heights Police and Fire Deparments.

ADOPT-A-POT 2009 Flower Planting Program - Sponsor a Pot and/or Help Plant Flowers. Planting Day is on Saturday, May 16 at 8 am.  Meet at the Firehouse at 123rd & Harlem.

Attention Businesses and Local Goups:  Become part of an exciting progressive economic development and beautification effort. Obtain visibility at low cost and contribute to the overall ambiance amid the shopping experience and have some fun with this event.

Businesses and Groups are invited to SPONSOR A POT. Participation is on a first come-first served basis and includes all flowers, signage, maintenance and watering. Respond and pay $80 no later than May 1st.

CLASSIC CAR EVENT: Thursday, July 16, 2009, 5 to 9 pm,  123rd & Harlem.  Classis Cars, Live Music, Food and Family Fun. RAFFLE TICKETS  for the 1959 Ford Fairlane Wagon are $20 each or 6 for $100
