Looking for the following vendors with liability insurance only:
Honey/honey products, salsa/hot peppers; soy candles; jelly/jams; condiments; baked goods; IDOA/USDA approved meat/poultry/eggs/seafood; herbs (dried/fresh/potted); cheese; oils/vinegars; kettle corn; pastas/sauces; refreshments (frozen coffee, smoothies, lemonade, juices); snacks/other foodstuff (candy, cotton candy, nuts, granola, crepes, soups, spices, dips, ethnic dishes, food trucks, etc.); Illinois wines; or other Illinois grown/made foods or specialty craft items (i.e. sheep’s wool/yarns, clothing, art); garden ornaments (bird baths, windchimes, birdhouses); fresh cut flowers.
All food items must be produced in commercial/approved kitchens with proof of inspections. 10’ x 10’ space @ $10/week x 20 weeks = $200, paid in full to secure spot by April 20th. Vendors who can participate at least 18 out of the 20 weeks will receive 25% rebate at the end of the season.
