Fitness Guidelines: 

  • The Recreation Department offers a wide variety of Group Fitness classes. Everything from Chair Yoga to Step n Sculpt. Everyone will be able to find a class that fits their fitness needs! You can check out the seasonal playbook for more information about the Group Fitness Program. All participants must be 16 years old (unless noted) and registered for the program.
